Type /request in game while admin is online to request building permissions. Admins: Abbadon If no admins are online you may try to contact me personally via pm on this website, Steam or PR's Discord. If you can't get a hold of anyone, put up a request on this thread with your in-game name and the approximate times you will be on the server again.
