I know 8bit worked up a great theme for us awhile back, but I've always got to be changing something. So, I found this great Metro for Steam theme that I think is pretty hot -- if you dig the the flat colors and simplicity of Metro style. There's a settings app you can download too that lets you easily edit the highlight color and background images.
