Assuming I didn't screw up anything with the bot, there will be a few changes. Nothing major, the welcome messages will be a bit different - I highly recommend everybody start reading these. However, there is one important one to note that I will require some feedback on. I was looking for an option to send messages to {PR} members, however the only way to do so is send a message to a random online member of certain groups every x minutes - I have it set to 15 right now, let's see how it works out. Will tweak as needed. Looks like TS will need to go through a restart to add the changes, though - which will likely happen as soon as my serverquery ban ends from messing up the password too many times.
Hm....the way you have the messages set as you said feedback reminds me when I set up code for a server to send messages to people of a set level...that turned out to be spammy... and it was for a IM Client Sent from my Space Cadet Mind
